We provide free internet advertising for property for sale. You can create your own advert. There is no charge for this service.
If you are looking to buy a house then use this website and you can get in touch with the owners directly, without having to deal with an agent.
There are two ways you can advertise on this website.
Include the following details: town, street, postcode, number of bedrooms, type of house (ex. bungalow, semi), price and a contact phone number. You can include a description of the property.
Attach some pictures if you wish. We will set up the advert for you and send back a login userid. You can then make changes or upload more pictures.
Go to 'Advertise'. This will take you to the login screen. If you don't have a login userid you can set one up. You can then login and create your advert. Use your email address as a user id. You can change your advert as often as you want, either to add more information to the description or to change the price or status. You can upload photographs of your property (up to 10 pictures). And you can replace them or remove them if you change your mind.
Login with your userid and password. Then go to 'Status'. You can cancel by checking the 'cancel' button.
If you send us an email it will appear the following day. If you post the advert yourself using the web forms then it will probably appear immediately. It may be delayed for verification of content.
Load your pictures onto your computer. Remember where you save them and the file names. First login and create your advert. Then click on 'manage pictures'. From here you can click on 'Browse'. This will present you with a list of the files on your computer. Select a picture that you want to upload and click 'send'. Your browser will then upload the picture. To remove an image just click 'remove'.
The best resolution is 400x300 pixels, but send us whatever you have. If your pictures are bigger, we can still accept them. Just remember, larger files take longer to transmit over the internet. The maximum size we allow is 4 Meg.
